2:30 - "The Great Ontario Cheese Discovery- It's more than just cheddar!" Join Vanessa Simmons, Cheese Sommelier from Savvy Company, to discover Ontario artisan cheese.

4:00 – "Pop the Cork" - A "sparkling" Ontario wine tasting seminar with Debbie Trenholm, accredited Wine Sommelier and founder of Savvy Company.

5:00 – "Sipping with Heat and Spice" featuring Shari Darling – Join award-winning and best-selling author, columnist, educator and wine judge, Shari Darling for a wonderful experience with hot and spicy foods and fruit wines.
