A Taste of Fiesta features a select number of exhibitors Friday night and will give you a "taste" for the main event on Saturday. There is live jazz music in the park to help you enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.

Then it's time to come inside the Main Building to dance the night away! Renowned Elvis impersonator, Rob Moncrief, will perform and host a DJ dance from 9 to midnight. Admission to the dance is $15; $20 for a combination ticket for the Friday night's Taste of Fiesta and the dance. There are a limited number of tickets available for the dance, so get yours early by calling the Centre at 705-657-8833 or use our new Paypal option (through the ticket information page).

If you can’t attend the main event on Saturday, you won’t want to miss this chance to experience one of Ontario’s most prestigious wine and food shows.
