Seminars at Fiesta Buckhorn are held in the West Hall. We offer some of the experts in areas that will interest you. Here's this year's lineup:

1:00pm
John Rufa, Kawartha Country Wines

John Rufa is the proprietor of Kawartha Country Wines located here in Buckhorn, specializing in award winning fruit wines.

The versatility of wine as a beverage is often not fully taken advantage of. Very often people only consume wine as it is poured from the bottle, not realizing it can easily be enhanced by making it into a spritzer, sangria or fruit punch.

John will be demonstrating the possibilities of using his fruit wines in different combinations as refreshing summer beverages. These delightful summer drinks are delicious, colourful, as well as socially responsible.
