ADMISSION

Fiesta Buckhorn is a fund-raising event presented by the Buckhorn Community Centre. The BCC is a not-for-profit organization that is not financially supported by any level of government. Funds from events such as Fiesta Buckhorn contribute to the day-to-day operation of this facility. Your support of our event is greatly appreciated.

Friday Night "Taste of Fiesta" - Friday, July 18, 2008, 5 to 9 pm
Spend Friday evening in the park tasting from more than 40 exhibitors. Admission is $10 which includes a commemorative tasting glass.

Fabulous Fiesta - Saturday, July 19, 2008, 12 noon to 7:30 pm
Experience the tastes from more than 75 exhibitors including wineries, craft breweries and area restaurants. Admission is $12 for adults; $10 for seniors and includes a commemorative tasting glass.

Two-Day Package
You can purchase a two-day Fiesta Package for $15 which includes admission for both Friday and Saturday as well as a commemorative tasting glass for each day.

Group Rates
For groups of 20 people or more, admission is only $10 per person. Members of the group must arrive at the same time and arrangements must be made in advance through the Show Director.

Due to liquor licensing restrictions, we are no longer able to provide any tasting tokens for alcohol with admission.

TASTING TOKENS

Visitors may purchase tasting tokens for $1 each. These tokens are "paid" to exhibitors in exchange for samples of food, wine and beer. Exhibitors set their own token prices for each taste and may charge more than one token per taste. Sampling sizes for alcohol are strictly enforced: wine 1 ounce, beer 3 to 4 ounces.

Due to liquor board restrictions, exhibitors are not allowed to exceed the tasting sizes. You may not buy more than one taste of a given product at a time.

Please note: You must be 19 years of age or older to taste alcoholic beverages. If asked you must produce photo identification to prove age of majority.

Visitors under the age of 19 are permitted at Fiesta Buckhorn and are not subject to the regular admission charge. However, they must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times. Children-friendly food is available including hamburgers and ice cream.

Designated Drivers: Designated drivers are encouraged and will receive free coffee and soft drinks while at the show. Tasting tokens for food must be purchased. Designated drivers should make themselves known upon admission and will be issued a wristband as identification.

The organizers of Fiesta Buckhorn and the Directors of the Buckhorn Community Centre advocate responsible use of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse entry, sales or service to anyone who appears to be intoxicated.
